In no time at all, he communicated the comps in the area, visited the home and established an asking price. All prospective tenants were to contact me directly, yet David was proactive in calling me with each inquiry, to give the heads up as well as his impression of the caller. His feedback was prompt, even to the extent that if he could not call, he would text me that he was on an appointment and would call back when he was done.
