I was a first time home buyer and knew very little about the entire process going into it. David guided me through the entire process and not only was extremely helpful, but taught me all the ins and outs of buying a home. David was a fantastic real estate agent for the searching and negotiating process, plus he handled so much of the extra side stuff for me. Buying a home is such a huge process in itself and can be a bit overwhelming at times, having David there to call and ask questions helped put my mind at ease. You can depend on him to answer your calls and respond to your emails in an extremely timely fashion. He is a true professional. The little things like that go a long way when there is sometimes little time to waste when buying a home. I can honestly say I don't think I would living in the home that I love right now without having David as my agent. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone looking to buy their first home or their tenth home.

In no time at all, he communicated the comps in the area, visited the home and established an asking price. All prospective tenants were to contact me directly, yet David was proactive in calling me with each inquiry, to give the heads up as well as his impression of the caller. His feedback was prompt, even to the extent that if he could not call, he would text me that he was on an appointment and would call back when he was done. We only had four qualified renters applying and rented the home at full asking price, indicating that he had pitched the price perfectly. I would use and highly recommend him again.
